MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Greetings Brothers & Visitors,
I would like to welcome you to the official webpage of the Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. – Lambda Chapter, also known as the UConn Lambdas. It has been over 30 years since our Chapter was established at the University of Connecticut. During this time Lambda Chapter has inducted numerous brothers from various backgrounds, united under the mutual appreciation for the Lambda principles of Unity, Respect, Brotherhood, Culture and Pride.
As a chapter we aim to foster personal and leadership development, develop commitment to community service and philanthropy, and actively engage in social issues affecting Latinx communities. Lambda Theta Phi was born to promote the spirit of brotherhood, to protect the rights of Latinx students in their quest for an education, to promote the rich Latin culture, and to maximize leadership potentials to provide guidance to our communities.
UConn Lambdas celebrated our 25th year as a chapter in 2016. Brothers came together from Alpha to Tau Line to share and celebrate this momentous milestone.
Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc – Lambda Chapter has a rich, long history at the University of Connecticut. Learn more about us and our organization as a whole.
Lambda Spotlight is our blog designed to illustrates the achievements and awards attained by Lambda Chapter and it’s brothers, past and present.
